Terms & Conditions
1. Purpose
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of braviongo.com and the services for promoting real estate investment opportunities provided by Braviongo S.A., as a collective funding platform registered with the National Securities Commission (CNV) under N.º 21.
2. Acceptance
Using the site implies full acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with any of them, please refrain from using the site or services.
3. Investor registration
Participation in projects requires registration, identity verification (KYC) and electronic signature of the relevant documents. Braviongo reserves the right to accept or reject applications in line with current regulations.
4. Risks
Real estate crowdlending investments involve risk, including the possible total or partial loss of invested capital. Estimated returns are projections based on issuer assumptions and do not guarantee future results.
5. Fees
Braviongo charges structuring and administration fees as detailed in each project's profile. We do not charge for opening an account or subscribing to the newsletter.
6. Intellectual property
Site content (brand, texts, images, software) belongs to Braviongo S.A. or its licensors. Reproduction is not allowed without prior written authorisation.
7. Limitation of liability
Braviongo acts as a facilitator. It is not a party to the contracts entered into between investors and issuers. It does not guarantee project returns and is not responsible for events beyond its control.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms to reflect legal, regulatory or service changes. Updated versions will be published on this page and take effect from publication.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Argentina. Any dispute shall be submitted to the Ordinary Courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
