1. Data controller
Braviongo S.A., CUIT 30-71753648-2, with registered offices at Av. Corrientes 1175, Floor 9, City of Buenos Aires, Argentina, is the controller of the personal data collected through braviongo.com, in accordance with Argentine Law 25,326 on the Protection of Personal Data.
2. Data we collect
We collect the data you voluntarily provide when filling in forms (name, email address, optional phone number), as well as technical browsing data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) through cookies and similar technologies.
3. Purpose
We process your data to manage your registration as an investor, send you project information, comply with legal obligations (including anti-money laundering rules under UIF regulations) and improve our services.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your express consent at the time of subscription, on the execution of the contractual relationship and on the fulfilment of legal obligations applicable to collective funding platforms registered with the CNV.
5. Retention
We keep your data while your relationship with Braviongo is active and, afterwards, during the legally applicable periods (up to ten years for accounting and AML documentation).
6. Recipients
We do not sell your data. We may share it with technology providers, notaries, trustees, auditors and regulatory authorities when strictly necessary.
7. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, update and deletion of your data by writing to privacy@braviongo.com. The Agency of Access to Public Information, acting as the supervisory body of Law 25,326, is empowered to handle complaints.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data: encryption in transit, access controls, audit trails and periodic reviews.
