The model brings together different investors who contribute funds to finance developments linked to construction, property renovation or the creation of new urban spaces.

Through a digital platform, every person can review different opportunities, choose the project that best fits their goals and invest according to their possibilities. The pooled funds are allocated to a specific initiative and, when the project meets its set targets, the economic results are distributed among the participants according to their contribution.

Invest from ARS 50,000. Confirm your contribution, sign the contract digitally and transfer through MEP or local rails, in line with Argentine regulations.

Track the build

Follow progress from your dashboard: construction milestones, monthly reports and final return of capital plus yield at project close.

Once the project is completed or reaches its targets, you receive the corresponding return according to your participation. In this way, real estate crowdlending combines technology, collaborative investment and simplified access to real estate market opportunities.
